Purchase Order to Clark County Southern Nevada Area Communications Council in an Amount Not to Exceed $54,623.16, Using the Competitive Bidding Exception Per NRS 332 Local Government Purchasing Act for FY 19-20 Annual Operating Fees for the Southern Nevada Area Communications Council Radio System for the Fire Department. 6. Professional Engineering Services Agreement with HDR Engineering, Inc. in an Amount Not to Exceed $138,660, Funded by the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada Question 10 Funds to Provide Design Services for the Craig Road Pedestrian Bridge at Upper Las Vegas Wash Project, CIP Project No. 10513. 9. Settlement with Japonica Glover-Armont in the Amount of $90,000, Funded by the Self-Insurance Fund, and Authorize City Attorney to Draft and Cause the Execution of Any Ancillary Documents Necessary to Effectuate the Settlement. 10. City Manager to Finalize and Execute Consulting Agreement with JD Consulting, LLC in a Form Approved by the City Attorney’s Office in the Amount of $150,000 to Provide Consulting Services Related to the City’s Community Correctional Center.
