34. Resolution No. 2744: A Resolution of the City Council of the City of North Las Vegas Authorizing the Grant of Up to $303,450.00 to The Animal Foundation, a Nevada Non-Profit Corporation, to Support Its Efforts to Transfer Out of the Shelter to Its Adoption Center, House at the Adoption Center, Care For, and Adopt, Foster or Transfer Out Animals Coming from the Shelter to the Public, and Providing for Other Matters Properly Related Thereto. (Citywide) (For Possible Action; Recommendation – Pass and Adopt)

35. Grant Agreement with Las Vegas, Clark County, and The Animal Foundation Totaling $1,750,000 of Which North Las Vegas is Responsible for an Amount Not To Exceed $303,450 to Fund the Transfer of Animals from the Lied Animal Shelter to The Animal Foundation’s Adoption Center. (Citywide) (For Possible Action; Recommendation - Approve)
