Professional Services Agreement with Sandhill Consultant Group LLC for Economic Development and Government Affairs Consulting Services in the Monthly Amount of $11,000.00 Plus Pre-Authorized Expenses Not to Exceed $10,000.00 for a Six-Month Term (Total Amount Not to Exceed $76,000.00 for Six-Month Term) Commencing on July 1, 2026 with Two Six-Month Renewal Options to be Exercised by City Manager or Her Designee and Authorization for City Manager or Her Designee to Exercise Renewal Options. Ordinance No. 3283: An Ordinance of the City of North Las Vegas Amending Title 8 of the North Las Vegas Municipal Code Relating to Health and Safety by Adding Chapter 8.05 Cost Recovery for Hazardous Spills or Accidents and Providing for Other Matters Properly Related Thereto. (Citywide) (For Possible Action; Recommendation - Pass and Adopt)
